Salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. A beautiful dish in the shape of a large colorful flower. Prepare the necessary ingredients: slice cabbage, sausage, and cucumbers, grate beet and carrot, and prepare croutons. Place all ingredients in mounds on a large plate to resemble flower petals, with sausage in the center. Lightly season with salt and pepper to taste, then place mayonnaise around the sausage. Serve this way. Later, if desired, the salad can be mixed. Alternatively, it can be served ready to eat immediately.

Cut the cabbage and sausage.

Also slice the cucumbers. Peel the beetroot and grate it on a Korean-style grater.

Also grate the carrot.
