Perfect for an everyday table. This salad is not only original but also delicious. Smoked chicken breast goes well with pickled cucumbers, eggs, and red onion. It's a great appetizer for a festive table. Garnish as desired and serve.

    Prepare the ingredients for making the "Capercaillie's Nest" salad.

    First of all, you need to prepare the potato "twigs" for the nest. To do this, peel the potatoes, rinse them, and grate on a Korean carrot shredder.

    Pour cold water over and let stand for 15 minutes. Then drain the water. Now the potatoes will not darken.

    In a saucepan or skillet, heat the sunflower oil until very hot. Dry the potatoes well on a paper towel. Place a portion of potatoes into the boiling oil and fry for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Then transfer to a paper towel to remove excess oil.
