Salad (simple recipe)
Description
A simple dish to prepare. When cooking the eggs for the nest, estimate the number of guests who will be trying your salad, so that each guest gets at least one egg. If you don't have a deep fryer, fry the potatoes in a pan. You can add sautéed mushrooms to this recipe, and use any type of cheese you like. Instead of chopped herbs, you can decorate the center of the nest with a salad leaf. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1
Boil the chicken fillet until cooked. Cool it in the same water.

Step 4
Slice the onion into half-rings, place in a bowl, sprinkle evenly with 1 tsp sugar, add 0.5 cup water and 2 tbsp vinegar. Let it marinate.
- 5
Step 5
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a Korean carrot shredder. Fry the potatoes in deep oil until golden brown.
- 6
Step 6
Cut the chicken fillet and cucumbers into thin strips.
- 7
Step 7
On a salad plate, place the onion (squeeze it well to remove the marinade), then layer the chicken, cucumbers (lightly salt them), eggs, and cheese, spreading each layer with mayonnaise.

Step 8
In the center, press a small indentation with a spoon and place the chopped herbs on it—this is the nest.
