Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. It's best to prepare this salad in layers, as the layers of nuts, egg white, prunes, and cheese look very appetizing when sliced. You can shape it like a spring flower or form it into a hamburger—choose according to your preference. Be sure to toast the walnuts to enhance their aroma. For a richer flavor, I recommend mixing the mayonnaise and sour cream with garlic and a blend of peppers. Garnish as desired and serve.

1. Place washed and dried lettuce leaves on a serving plate. Mix mayonnaise with minced garlic and a pepper blend. Grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater and layer it over the lettuce leaves.

3. Finely chop the green onions and place them on the layer of egg white. Spread with sour cream and season with salt. Finely chop the nuts and place them on top of the salad. Rinse the prunes and pat them dry.

Step 4

4. Cut the prunes into thin strips and place them over the nuts. Spread mayonnaise on top, avoiding the nut layer. Sprinkle the salad with grated yolk, making sure it doesn't fall onto the nut layer.
