Salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. To recreate this original recipe for Korean-style glass noodle salad in your kitchen, gather all the necessary ingredients. You can, of course, vary the vegetables to taste, but I recommend using all the dressing components as specified. It's the dressing that gives the dish its distinctive Asian spiciness. Serve chilled.
