Minimum effort — excellent result. If desired, you can add fresh cucumber, chicken or quail eggs, bell pepper, and sweet onion varieties to the salad. All these ingredients will perfectly complement the finished dish. Can be served immediately.

Step 1

To prepare the salad, gather all the necessary ingredients. I'm using a mix of frisée and iceberg lettuce, though it will be even tastier this way. Check the packaging—this type of salad is often already washed. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and dry them. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Step 2

Cut the bacon into thin slices and fry for a couple of minutes in a dry skillet.

Step 3

Place the salad leaves on a plate and sprinkle with the slightly cooled bacon.
- 4
Step 4

Slice the cherry tomatoes into rounds and place them on top of the salad.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste, drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, and sprinkle with grated hard cheese.

Step 6

Before serving, garnish the salad with parsley leaves.
