Salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. You can use any kind of meat—veal, pork, turkey, roasted or boiled, ham, or chicken breast. Since this salad is very high in calories, I used boiled chicken breast. You can also use any kind of mushrooms: button mushrooms or wild mushrooms, boiled, fried, or marinated—whatever you prefer. Let's get started! 1. Boil the chicken breast in salted water until cooked through, let it cool, then cut into small pieces. 2. Boil the egg and potato, let them cool, then grate them separately on a coarse grater into different bowls. 3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater as well. 4. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces. 5. Assemble the ingredients in layers, spreading mayonnaise between each layer. Use a dish with high sides (if it's transparent, all layers will be visible). Place half of the grated cheese on the bottom, spreading it evenly, then spread mayonnaise over it. Next, add the grated eggs and spread mayonnaise. Then add the boiled chicken breast and spread mayonnaise. Next, add the grated potato and spread mayonnaise. Then arrange the mushrooms and spread mayonnaise again. The final layer is the remaining grated cheese, topped with mayonnaise. It's best to let the finished dish chill in the refrigerator for several hours. Garnish with fresh herbs, nuts, or pickled vegetables before serving. The salad is ready to serve.
