Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Cut the crab sticks into small cubes.
- 2
Step 2

Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into cubes the same size as the crab sticks. Place the chopped apple in a bowl, add a little mayonnaise, and mix well.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the leek into thin rings.
- 4
Step 4

Boil the eggs and cool them. Peel the eggs, separate the white from one egg, and dice everything else.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the prepared crab sticks, apples, onion, eggs, and corn. Add mayonnaise and stir well.
- 6
Step 6

Place the salad on a flat plate and shape it into a little dragon.
- 7
Step 7

Peel the kiwi and finely chop it. If your kiwis are too sour, you can replace them with fresh cucumber or finely chop some napa cabbage.
- 8
Step 8

Evenly cover our future little dragon with a layer of chopped kiwi. Make the eyes from the remaining egg white and olives. Use olives also for the dragon's claws. Create the dragon's crest-spine from cucumber or leek stalk. The dragon's wings are leaves of Chinese cabbage.
