Salad for My Beloved
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. This salad can fully replace a side dish. I prepare it with cured ham, sliced very thinly. You can substitute it with other meat ingredients (for example, sausage, roasted pork). Can be served immediately.

Step 1

1. I don't peel the potatoes, but wash them thoroughly under running water with a scrub sponge. I put them in a pot of water and boil until cooked. I let the boiled potatoes cool down, then slice them into 1-centimeter-thick rounds.

Step 2

2. I prepare the sauce: into a bowl, I pour odorless vegetable oil, add balsamic sauce, a pinch of cumin, salt and black ground pepper, sour cream, and finely chopped onion, then mix everything well.

Step 3

3. Put all the potatoes into a wide bowl and pour the prepared sauce over them. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the potatoes to absorb the flavors.

Step 4

4. I slice the dry-cured ham thinly. I wash the parsley and chop it finely.

Step 5

5. Add the ham to the potatoes in the bowl, add some parsley, mix and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve the salad on a large plate, garnished with parsley.
