Salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Yes, this salad is not cheap, as we'll need to buy octopus and scallops. But sometimes it's nice to treat yourself and your guests. I always buy frozen seafood—they're cheaper and always available in stores. But if you're lucky enough to get fresh, high-quality ones, that would be wonderful. Can be served immediately.
Instructions

Step 1

First, defrost all the seafood and rinse. Peel the shrimp, leaving only the tail.

Step 2

Pour the wine into 1.5 liters of water and divide the liquid among 3 pots, adding one bay leaf to each. Cut the squid into strips and cook it together with the octopus, while cooking scallops and shrimp in separate pots. Shrimp should be cooked for one to one and a half minutes. Other seafood should be cooked for 3-4 minutes.
