Salad
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. The salad turns out light yet filling, with a flavor reminiscent of sushi. It's best to use sticky rice, but any rice will work. You can buy seaweed at the store or prepare it at home. Homemade mayonnaise is recommended—it's healthier and not difficult at all. Crab sticks can be substituted with real crab meat. Garnish as desired and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the "Black Sea" salad. Boil the egg hard and let it cool.
- 2
Step 2

Cook the rice in salted water until done, drain in a sieve, rinse, and let the water drain off completely.
- 3
Step 3

Mix the boiled rice with part of the mayonnaise and stir. Place a pastry ring on a serving dish and fill it with rice, pressing it down firmly.
- 4
Step 4

Drain the brine from the seaweed, squeeze it, and place it on a layer of rice. Press the seaweed slightly and cover with a mayonnaise lattice pattern.
- 5
Step 5

Peel the boiled egg and separate the white from the yolk. Finely dice the crab sticks and the yolk, then mix them together. Place the mixture on top of the seaweed and drizzle with a mayonnaise lattice pattern.
- 6
Step 6

Grate the egg white on a medium grater and spread it over the crab sticks, placing the yolk on top. Keep the white in a fluffy consistency.
- 7
Step 7

Wave-like, spread the black caviar over the whites.
- 8
Step 8

Carefully remove the ring, garnish the bottom of the salad with caviar, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to one hour to allow the layers to set.
- 9
Step 9

Decorate as desired and serve.
