Mushroom salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. A beautiful salad that's not often seen at our tables. And it's easy to make: grate the egg whites and yolks, apples, and cheese. Chop the onion, mushrooms (which also need to be sautéed), and meat. Layer them in the following order, forming a mound: egg whites, mushrooms, chicken, onion, apples, cheese. Spread each layer with mayonnaise. Top with the yolks, make a mayonnaise crisscross pattern, and place halved walnuts into the grid squares. Use egg whites to shape the turtle's head and legs, black pepper corns for eyes and nose, and carrot for the mouth. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving, or serve immediately.
