Salad with light dressing
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Traditional Caesar dressing requires a large number of ingredients, which aren't always available. And sometimes you don't really want to use regular mayonnaise. That's why I'd like to share this recipe with you. The combination of chicken, vegetables, and egg with oil and balsamic vinegar turned out to be quite successful, so I highly recommend giving it a try. Serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then place it in a pan with heated oil. Sear on medium heat on both sides.
- 2
Step 2
Boil the eggs, cool them, and peel.
- 3
Step 3
It's best to make the croutons yourself. To do this, cut a couple of bread slices into random pieces, lightly salt them, and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil and put in the oven or on a skillet. Dry slightly and let cool.

Step 4
On a serving plate, place the lettuce leaves. Add the tomatoes cut in half.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and add to the salad. Add the eggs and cheese.
- 6
Step 6
Drizzle with a dressing made by combining olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, then gently mix.

Step 7
Add croutons to the salad just before serving. Caesar salad with a light dressing is ready!
