Step 1

Cut the baguette into small square pieces. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, then add the bread. Next, crush an unpeeled garlic clove and add it to the pan. Fry the bread until it becomes crispy.

Step 2

Cut the smoked chicken fillet into thin strips. You can use boiled chicken instead if desired, but smoked chicken will give the salad a special aroma and flavor.

Step 3

Divide the Parmesan into two parts. Grate one part on a fine grater; it will be used as a salad garnish. Slice the second part and crumble it by hand.
- 4
Step 4

For the dressing, crack a raw chicken egg into a bowl, then add Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice. Whisk everything thoroughly with a whisk.
- 5
Step 5

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them with paper towels. Tear them by hand and place them in the dish in which you will serve the salad.
- 6
Step 6

On top of the salad leaves, arrange the sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes cut into quarters, croutons, and Parmesan slices in no particular order. Then sprinkle with grated Parmesan and drizzle with dressing.
