
Quick salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. What's great about this "Quick Caesar Salad" is that there's no need to spend a long time preparing it. The most time-consuming step is frying the chicken breasts, which will take you no more than 5–6 minutes. You can make this salad after a hard day at work or after an active day out. Minimal effort and time, and your favorite dish is ready to serve.

Wash the lettuce leaves and place them in a salad bowl.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan. Heat well, then add the chicken breasts. Fry until golden brown.

Grate Parmesan on a fine grater.

Place the egg, mustard, one crushed peeled garlic clove, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, and lemon juice into the blender bowl. While blending, gradually add olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese.

Sprinkle chicken breasts with herbs and spices, let them cook a little longer. Remove from heat and cut into strips.
