Description

1. Mash the fish with a fork and remove all bones. Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Boil the eggs as well and let them cool.

2. Next is simple. Chop all the ingredients. Grate the cheese and eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. Mix the cheese with the yolks. Marinate the onion, if desired. Cut the cucumbers and potatoes into cubes.

3. Mix the cucumbers, onions, canned fish, and potatoes together, shape them into a mound, and spread mayonnaise over the top.

4. Divide the crushed egg whites into approximately two equal parts, and color one part with beet juice. Then arrange this colorful mixture on top of our mound. Done!
