Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. The hearty, multi-component "Bridal Bouquet" salad is perfect for any celebration. Moreover, the presentation idea can be used with other ingredients as well. The salad is ready to serve.

1. To prepare the "Bride's Bouquet" salad, start with the vegetables. Boil the beets, carrots, and potatoes until cooked. Meanwhile, prepare the herring: remove the skin and bones, then cut into small cubes. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes. Cool the cooked vegetables, peel them, and grate on a grater.

2. In a bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt. Add milk, flour, and a little vegetable oil. Grease the pan with oil and heat it well. Fry 2-3 thin pancakes from the resulting batter.

3. When all the preparatory steps are completed, you can proceed to the main part. Place the herring in an even layer on the bottom of a flat plate. Lightly coat with mayonnaise.

4. Top with sliced cucumber. You can slightly salt to taste.
