Mushroom salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Of course, this is a very festive recipe for the "White Swan" salad with mushrooms, so it's perfect for celebrations such as anniversaries, New Year's, or even weddings! I've personally seen this salad, decorated with two swan figures, served at an engagement party buffet! So do give it a try, especially since making the "White Swan" mushroom salad at home is not difficult at all. Serve chilled.

1. Boil the potatoes, eggs, and chicken separately. Let cool. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater and place them at the bottom of a salad bowl.

2. Next - a layer of minced chicken breast. I used smoked chicken, not boiled.

3. Now take the mushrooms from the jar, drain them (but do not discard the marinade), cut into pieces, and place them on top of the chicken. Spread mayonnaise over it.

4. Next - a layer of onion, sliced into half-rings.

5. Grate the boiled eggs finely and sprinkle over the top and sides of the salad. If desired, use two eggs to create a swan shape and place it in the center. Mix the mushroom marinade and mayonnaise to a pancake batter consistency and pour over the top of the salad. Done!
