Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. If you prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance, it comes together quite fast. The salad is assembled in layers, with each layer coated with mayonnaise. You can assemble it in individual serving dishes or on a shared platter using a special cooking ring. I can't say why this salad has such a name, but I can confidently say that it turns out very tasty and worthy of any festive table. Give it a try. The salad is ready to serve.

Prepare all the ingredients. Boil the tongue in advance until tender. Hard-boil the eggs and let them cool.

Cut the eggs into cubes. Separately sauté the onion, cut into cubes, and the mushrooms, sliced. Grate the cheese and cut the tongue into cubes. Start assembling the salad. Each layer should be salted to taste and coated with mayonnaise. The first layer is the tongue.

Next, a layer of sautéed onion.
