
Chicken salad
Description
A dish that's simple to prepare. This Asian salad takes only minutes to make. You can serve a delicious meal to your family in just 15–20 minutes. The base of the dish is vegetables. However, if children are eating the salad, remove the spicy red chili from the list of ingredients. Serve chilled.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Pre-cook the chicken pieces by frying, boiling, or baking.

Peel the carrots and onion. Grate the carrots on a Korean-style carrot shredder, and slice the onion into half-rings.

Cut the cabbage into strips and place in a deep container. Wash and chop the parsley and green onion, then add to the cabbage along with salt and vinegar. Mix thoroughly with slight pressure so the cabbage releases its juice.

Sauté the chopped carrots and onions in vegetable oil in a frying pan for about 1-2 minutes, seasoning with salt, ground black pepper, and ground coriander.

Place the carrot slices into the container with the cabbage. Add ground red pepper. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and remove the stems. Cut them in half and add to the container.
