Archbishop Salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. Many know this salad as "Klyazma." Let's not argue about priorities. Just make it – it's very delicious! It's better to use black radish, but red radish will also work. Serve chilled.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

Peel the radish, grate on a coarse grater, salt, and place in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes. This will help remove the bitterness. Before adding the radish to the salad, squeeze out the excess juice.

Boil the chicken, then shred the meat into fibers.

Thinly slice the onion and sauté in oil, adding salt after light browning. Do not overcook. Let cool.

Grate the carrots just before assembling the salad to keep them juicy.

Layer the salad on a plate, spreading each layer with mayonnaise. The first layer should be radish. Don't forget—it's already salty. But do add some pepper!

Third layer - chicken meat and onions.
