Salad on a large plate
Description
The main ingredients here are salad leaves—typically romaine, but you can use any crisp variety. Croutons, Parmesan, and an excellent, incomparable dressing—these are the essentials of a proper salad. To this base, you can add other ingredients you like: chicken, fish, shrimp, eggs, tomatoes, or even mushrooms. A bright, colorful salad on a large plate looks beautiful and tempting enough to eat right away. Enjoy!
