Salad with crab sticks

A simple dish to prepare. This salad is based on just three ingredients that need to be chopped. What could be easier for a man than slicing crab sticks and boiled eggs? All that's left is to decorate the salad nicely. Here, everyone can show their creativity. I'll suggest one easy way to decorate the "8th of March" salad with crab sticks—something any man can handle. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs hard, and thaw the crab sticks.

Dice the eggs into cubes. Choose the cube size to your preference; I don't like cutting them too small, so I cut them into medium-sized cubes.

Cut the crab sticks into cubes the same size as you used for the eggs.

Mix eggs, crab sticks, and half of the canned corn (drain the juice first) in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, then mix well.

Place two serving rings on a large flat plate to form an eight. Arrange the salad around the serving rings, shaping it into an eight.

Top with the second half of the corn.

In principle, the salad is ready; it only remains to decorate it. I decided to do this with dill sprigs and frozen rowan berries.
