
Appetizer salad
Description
A simple dish to prepare. This roll can easily replace the beloved "Herring under a Fur Coat" on a festive table. Making this appetizer won't take much effort, and only a few ingredients are needed, resulting in an unusual and very tasty dish. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making the roll. Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins until cooked, then let them cool. Hard-boil the chicken eggs and let them cool.

Boil the vegetables and eggs, then peel them.

Cut the lightly salted salmon into small strips.

Lay plastic wrap flat on a surface. Grate the carrot on a medium grater and place it on the wrap in the shape of a square or rectangle. Spread a little mayonnaise over the carrot in a way that's convenient for you.

Grate the potatoes on a grater over the carrot layer and also spread a small amount of mayonnaise on top.

Next, grate the chicken eggs and spread mayonnaise over them.

Place pieces of salmon along the edge along the entire length.

Then, carefully, starting from the side where the fish is placed, use plastic wrap to help roll it tightly into a roll. Place the finished roll in the refrigerator to set.

Take the roll out of the refrigerator and carefully remove the film. Transfer the roll onto a plate with salad leaves and decorate as desired. I added stripes using the remaining mayonnaise and garnished with dill sprigs.
