It's very easy to prepare using readily available ingredients. And when beautifully presented, it will become the highlight of any festive table.

Peel the potatoes and carrots and grate them finely. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and grate them finely as well.

Thaw the crab sticks and finely chop them. The first layer consists of half of the grated potato, spread evenly and lightly coated with mayonnaise. The next layer is made from grated egg whites, which are also coated with mayonnaise. On top of the whites, add the remaining potato, followed by a layer of carrots, which should also be coated with mayonnaise. Then add a layer of crab sticks.

Then the salad is carefully sprinkled with grated egg yolks. Let the salad marinate.

Forgot to mention, this is an upside-down salad. So we sprinkle with yolks after flipping the salad. Then decorate to your taste.
