Salad jelly
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Gelatin will help stabilize the salad's shape. The jellied salad can be served in various forms. For this, choose either round salad bowls or different silicone molds. It's convenient to prepare the salad a day before the holiday and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. I've described the process in detail below. You can serve it immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the boiled potatoes, carrots, and eggs. Drain the liquid from the canned peas.
- 2
Step 2

Soak the gelatin in cold water. Cut the potatoes, carrots, and sausage into small cubes of the same size. Combine with the green peas and mix well.
- 3
Step 3

For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, yogurt, and mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 4
Step 4

Dissolve the soaked gelatin: heat it to boiling in a double boiler. Pour it into the sauce in a thin stream, stirring continuously with a whisk.
- 5
Step 5

Add the chopped ingredients, mix well.
- 6
Step 6

I divided the salad into two salad bowls. Line the glass molds (salad bowls) with plastic wrap. Fill the molds halfway, place a whole egg in the center, and put two halves on the sides. If using silicone molds, plastic wrap is not needed.
- 7
Step 7

Fill the molds to the top. Refrigerate the salad-jelly for 4 hours.
- 8
Step 8

Before serving, invert the mold onto a flat plate and remove the film. Happy New Year!
