Sardine soup
Description
For balanced nutrition, both meat and fish should be included in the diet. I often use canned fish to make soup because it's cheaper and cooks much faster, plus there's no need to remove bones or worry about finding one in your dish. Sardine soup is an excellent choice for a hearty and nutritious lunch. Serve the soup hot.
