Fish soup with barley grits
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Barley fish soup is a very simple and hearty soup made with white fish fillet, potatoes, barley, and green onions. For extra flavor, I sauté the onions in butter and add various spices along with a bit of fresh parsley. This soup is satisfying yet leaves you feeling light. I consider it a diet-friendly dish, as it contains little that's unhealthy. This soup has nothing but advantages—see for yourself. Good luck, and serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
