Description
When cooking the soup, consider the taste of the cucumbers. If they are very salty, you will need to reduce the amount of brine, as the caviar is also salty and may spoil the dish. The soup is ready to serve.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the fish soup set, place it in a saucepan, and pour in water. Put it on the stove. Boil for 25–30 minutes after boiling, skimming off the foam. Then strain the broth and remove the fish bones.

While the fish is cooking, finely chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil until soft.

Cut the cucumbers in half. Remove the seeds. Dice the flesh into small cubes.

Add cucumbers and 100 ml of brine to the onion, and simmer over low heat until boiling. Once the contents of the pan come to a boil, cook for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

Add boneless fish, diced potatoes, and diced carrots to the fish broth. Place over heat. Cook until the vegetables are done.
