1. Here is the simple list of ingredients required. If desired, you can also add traditional carrots or sweet pepper to the recipe for preparing fish soup from pollack.

2. Pour water into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Add to the boiling water. Lightly season with salt to taste and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
