
Fish soup from hake
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Thanks to the hake's lack of bones, it makes an excellent soup without any issues. There's no need to strain this soup through cheesecloth. The soup is ready to serve.

1. Prepare the ingredients for the soup. Slightly thaw the hake fillet so it's easier to cut. Put water on the stove to boil for the soup. Peel and wash all the vegetables.

2. Thinly slice the onion and carrot for frying.

3. Transfer to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, add a spoonful of oil, and fry until cooked through.

4. Cut the potatoes into arbitrary pieces.
