Tuna fish salad
Description
As you can see, this classic Eastern-style mackerel salad recipe can definitely be called diet-friendly and light, as fats are used in minimal amounts! Moreover, I really like this simple mackerel salad recipe because it combines features of both a salad and a side dish—you decide how much of each ingredient to add, making it either a salad or rice with a vegetable side. I hope you'll enjoy my recipe!

3. Cut the cooked fish into pieces and add it to the salad as well. I personally roasted the pepper, but you can also add it raw.

4. I dress this salad with the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle it lightly with fresh herbs. But you can add salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
