Fish salad made with boiled fish
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. Preparing this salad is easy and requires no special effort; all ingredients are affordable and inexpensive. You can use any fish: salmon or white, sea or river. I also use boiled eggs, hard cheese, pickled cucumbers, and canned peas. I finely chop all ingredients and layer them, spreading each layer with mayonnaise to add juiciness. Garnish as desired and serve.
