
Fish salad from canned fish with potatoes
Description
A simple dish to prepare. A canned fish salad with potatoes can be served not only as a snack, but also fits any occasion. You can add green peas or eggs to vary the taste, if desired. Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes; you can use them either warm or already cooled.

Drain all the liquid from the fish canned food and mash it with a fork. Add to the potatoes.

Chop the herbs with a knife. I have parsley, but any seasonal herb will work.

Dice the onion, pour boiling water over it to remove the bitterness, and lightly squeeze out the excess liquid. Add the oil, salt, and ground pepper to the salad together with the onion.
