Russian salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. "Olivier" salad is loved and known far beyond our country's borders. And every homemaker prepares it in her own way. I invite you to try this version of the salad—juicy, delicious, and attractive, thanks to the carrots. Instead of canned peas, you can use boiled green peas, which will make the salad even more vibrant. You can choose any sausage, from boiled to salami; I prefer ham. Chop all salad ingredients finely, about the size of a pea. Dress with mayonnaise and mustard. If the pickled cucumbers aren't sour enough, add a spoonful of apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at once.
