Recipe for salad with Chinese cabbage and chicken
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. Use the freshest vegetables and meat for the salad (frozen chicken won't be as juicy and tasty as fresh). You can make the salad spicy by adding ground red pepper or fresh chili cut into strips. My salad is intended for a family with a child, so I don't add peppers. See the recipe. Garnish as desired and serve.

Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with paper towels. Salt it, sprinkle with ground paprika and garlic. If desired, add ground black pepper and chili. Rub the spices into the meat and let the meat rest for 5-7 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, then sear chicken fillets over high heat on both sides until golden brown. Cover with a lid and let rest in the warm skillet for about 5 minutes.

Alternatively, you can cut the meat into strips and mix it with the salad. Choose whichever way you prefer—the salad is delicious either way!
