Salad recipe
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. The fancy name is fully justified by the presence of expensive ingredients such as shrimp and red caviar. The salad is delicious, with a pleasant combination of ingredients. I dress it with sour cream and serve immediately, without letting it sit, so the vegetables don't release their juice. I use caviar both as a salad ingredient and for garnishing the dish. It's ready to serve right away.
