
Pork and pickle soup in a multicooker

Rinse the barley and soak for 3 hours.

Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. Cook it in "Frying" mode in oil for 12 minutes.

Wash the carrots, peel them, grate on a coarse grater, and add to the meat. Peel the onion, chop it, and add it as well. Add the sliced cucumbers and tomato paste.

Mix the ingredients and cook in "Frying" mode for another 8 minutes.

Add barley to the multicooker bowl. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Also add them to the bowl.

Pour water up to the upper mark. Set the "Stewing" mode for 1.5 hours.
