Description

Hearty and aromatic soup. In addition to the listed ingredients, you can add tomato or tomato paste to the soup. But if the pickled cucumbers and brine have a slight tang, that will be enough. Cook and enjoy! Serve the soup hot.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the grain and pour boiling water over it, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then drain the water.

    Peel and wash the onion and carrot, then cut them into small cubes. Pour vegetable oil into a cooking pot and sauté the onion and carrot for just 3-4 minutes.

    Cut the cucumbers into thin strips and add to the sauté. Simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

    Pour water into a saucepan, filling it halfway. Bring to a boil and add the grain. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

    Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut into strips.

    Also cut the fish into pieces and remove the bones.

    10 minutes after adding the grain, add the potatoes to the soup. Cook for another 7–10 minutes. Add the tuna and half a cup of brine last! Season the soup with salt to taste and bring to a brief boil for a couple of minutes. If desired, add chopped fresh dill or parsley one minute before the soup is done.
