Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can cook the soup either in water or in meat broth. When using broth, the soup will turn out more filling and richer. When adding salt, keep in mind that the sausage and pickles are already salty.

    To prepare solyanka, prepare the necessary ingredients.

    Bring the broth to a boil and add the sliced potatoes and rice. Let it cook for 12-15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion. Cut the pickled cucumbers and sausage into thin strips.

    Heat a frying pan, add a little vegetable oil, and sauté the carrots with the onion for 2-3 minutes.
