Ramen
Description
It's very convenient to cook homemade ramen using the "One Pot" method. This involves using just "one pot" or "one saucepan" to prepare the entire dish. Today, this method has gained popularity because it not only allows you to make a delicious meal, but also saves time. The dish absorbs the juices and aromas of all the ingredients, while deglazing with dry white wine enhances the flavors and adds fragrance to the soup.
Instructions

Step 1

To prepare homemade ramen soup, gather the ingredients. Instead of spinach, you can use bok choy or napa cabbage. Boil the eggs soft-boiled. Depending on the desired yolk doneness, cook for 3-5 minutes, then transfer the eggs to cold water.

Step 2

Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a pot where you'll be preparing the ramen, and sauté the mushrooms until browned on both sides. Transfer the sautéed mushrooms to a bowl.

Step 3

Remove the membranes from the chicken fillet, trim off excess fat, and lightly pound it. Season with salt and pepper, then fry in the same pot where the mushrooms were cooked. Add a little more vegetable oil if necessary. Cook until golden brown on all sides. Transfer the fillet to a foil and let the meat rest for about 10 minutes.

Step 4

Pour dry white wine into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring. All the concentrated juices from the sautéing will dissolve into the wine, enriching it with their flavor. Without allowing it to boil vigorously, reduce the mixture by half for 4-5 minutes.

Step 5

Add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the saucepan.
- 6
Step 6

Prepare all the ingredients for ramen. Cut the boiled eggs in half. Slice the rested chicken breast fillet into pieces. Toast the peanuts in a dry skillet and chop them with a knife.
- 7
Step 7

Pour the prepared broth, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and hot sauce into a saucepan. Simmer the soup base over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Add the noodles to the boiling broth and cook for 1 minute.
- 9
Step 9

Reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Add the spinach, mushrooms, and chicken to the broth. Cook the ramen for another three minutes, then remove from heat.
- 10
Step 10

Arrange the soup in serving bowls, top with halved boiled eggs, chopped green onions, and peanuts.

Step 11

Pour onto plates and serve.
