Clear pork broth
Description
A hearty and aromatic soup. The fragrant broth can be served with toasted croutons, dry crackers, and any sauce, sour cream, or vegetable mayonnaise. When serving, garnish each bowl with freshly chopped parsley or dill, if you enjoy their flavor in the dish. Ladle into bowls and serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Use boneless pork to prevent the broth from becoming too cloudy. Peel and rinse the onion.
- 2
Step 2

Cut off the tendons and membranes from the meat, cut into pieces, and cover with cold water. Let it sit for 20 minutes, if you have free time, to remove the blood.
- 3
Step 3

Then remove the meat and place it in a pot, add the onion cut in half and bay leaves. Pour in cold water and put the pot on the stove.
- 4
Step 4

Boil for about 5-6 minutes and skim off the foam. Rinse the meat in water and again cover with cold water in the container.
- 5
Step 5

Boil everything for approximately 30 minutes over medium heat.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the pork broth into individual deep plates and serve with bread or other non-sweet baked goods.
