Simple potato soup
Description
A hearty first course. You can cook the soup using vegetable broth, meat broth, or simply water. The soup is delicious, despite consisting of just a few ingredients. You can garnish it with fresh herbs or leave it plain. The main ingredient is potatoes; additionally, I use dried spices. Preparation will take no more than half an hour, or even less. Serve with herbs and sour cream.
