Simple and light salad without mayonnaise
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. In hot weather, it's best to make fresh vegetable salads with sour cream or oil-based dressing, as they retain all their beneficial nutrients and are quite filling at the same time. These salads can also be served at festive tables if beautifully garnished with vegetables cut into decorative shapes and fresh herbs. You can slightly adjust the ingredient proportions—for example, add more chopped cucumber or cabbage. I recommend using honey in the dressing, but if desired, you can substitute sugar instead. The salad is ready to serve.
