Description

A simple dish to prepare. This dish is very reminiscent of "herring under a fur coat." But sprats fit in perfectly here, giving the classic dish a new and unusual flavor! We will make this salad using a silicone mold, which we'll later flip onto a serving plate, so the layering will be slightly different from the traditional recipe. Be sure to try this simple yet delicious dish. Serve chilled.
