Festive salad
Description
This spicy layered salad is somewhat reminiscent of "herring under a fur coat," but here the base is beef. Although, beef can be replaced with pork or chicken. The meat base is complemented by layers of cheese, eggs, carrots, and beets. And of course, each layer is generously coated with mayonnaise—where would we be without it? Though mayonnaise can easily be substituted with sour cream or even thick Greek yogurt.
