Festive salad

Slice the onion into thin rings, pour boiling water over them first, then rinse with cold water. After that, squeeze the onion thoroughly, place it on a dish as the bottom layer, and spread mayonnaise over it.

Boil the eggs, finely chop them. Place the eggs in a layer over the onions and spread with mayonnaise.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater over the eggs. Spread this layer, like the previous ones, with mayonnaise.

Grate the apple on a grater as well. This will be the top layer of our salad.
