Prague salad
Description
Perfect for an everyday table. The salad is very simple in ingredients and pleasant in taste, yet quite light. The crunchy lettuce works especially well here—it can be any variety, as long as it's crisp. Napa cabbage (the outer leaves) or romaine lettuce are excellent choices. Garnish optionally and serve.

Step 5

5. The dish assembly process looks like this: salad leaves are placed at the bottom, then pork belly and cheese are added on top. Next, onion is neatly arranged over them, and finally, the dish is drizzled with dressing and garnished with fresh herbs.
