Vegan soup in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for lunch. Fasting dishes should be tasty and healthy. During fasting, especially prolonged fasting, the human body needs replenishment of expended energy. I suggest you a simple recipe. Serve in bowls and enjoy.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the vegetables and wash them. Cut all the vegetables into cubes.
- 2
Step 2

Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Frying" mode and set the cooking time to 25 minutes. When the bowl is heated, add the vegetables and fry, stirring occasionally, until the cooking time ends.
- 3
Step 3

Remove the sautéed vegetables from the multicooker.
- 4
Step 4

Many recommend soaking mung beans before cooking, but I don't do this—they cook quickly anyway. Before cooking, thoroughly rinse the mung beans.

Step 5

Pour water into the bowl, select the "Boil" mode and set the time to 1 hour. Add the rinsed mung beans to the multicooker. Cook for 40 minutes, then add the sautéed vegetables, salt, pepper, and herbs. Continue cooking until the set time is complete.
