Description

The soup is simple and quick to prepare. You can make a vegan mushroom soup in a multicooker at home using either fresh or frozen mushrooms. Lentils are used here as an additional ingredient, but you can replace them with any other grain or pasta, for example. The result is a very aromatic and quite filling soup with minimal effort. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
